An advocate and pioneer in neurodivergent career coaching, Jess Jarmo brings over 15 years of recruitment and coaching experience to the table. Drawing on her personal journey with Dyslexia, Anxiety, and ADHD, Jess transforms her lived experiences into powerful tools for empowering others. She knows firsthand that neurodiversity isn’t a challenge to overcome; it’s a strength waiting to be harnessed.

Jenn Bushell
Jennifer (Jenn) Bushell is an experienced career coach specializing in helping neurodivergent professionals with executive functioning challenges, workplace dynamics, and job search obstacles. Recognized as a "Top 50 Global Neurodiversity Evangelist" (ND by Design, 2023), Jenn views neurodiversity as a strength. With over 20 years of experience as a certified coach, resume writer, and career services provider, she helps clients achieve success on their terms.
An openly neurodivergent coach, Jenn brings lived experience to her supportive approach. She has a background in corporate recruiting, training, and education, and has completed disability inclusion training through SHRM Foundation. Jenn also advises university career centers on inclusive coaching.

Benjamin Greene
Benjamin Greene works with Jess Jarmo Coaching to provide affirming, strategic career support for neurodivergent professionals seeking meaningful work and job sustainability. With a background in counseling and mental health, he helps clients—whether breaking into tech, pivoting industries, or redefining success—navigate their career journeys with clarity and confidence.
Over the past decade, he’s coached hundreds, created career readiness curricula, and trained coaches at major tech bootcamps and boutique organizations. Benjamin’s empathy is personal: his own early-career uncertainty fuels his deep understanding of the challenges people face.
He holds a Master’s in Integral Counseling Psychology and a BA in Cultural Anthropology, grounding his approach in clinical insight and a holistic understanding of human experience.
